Sear Each Side Only For Only About 2 4 Minutes Depending On Preferred Doneness. Since I Like A Medium/Medium Rare Steak I Usually Cook It About 2 Minutes A Side. Once You Flipped The Steak Once, Add Butter, Garlic, And Rosemary/Thyme And Baste For At Most 2 Minutes. This Locks In The Moisture. When Your Steak Reads 130 F Remove From Heat And Let Rest For 10 Minutes Without Cutting It.
