    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years experience in Renal Sales preferred
    • BS/MS degree in business administration, communication, advertising, marketing, or any related field, graduate in the field of science and medical field an added advantage.
    • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies as well as ability to lead sales team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Skilled in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)


    [Sales Marketing]
    - Development and implementation of the business plan to achieve the target.
    - Managing and developing sales activities in the Hemodialysis market include identification of key customers and creating solid relationship
    - Driving business planning process, including sales management and budget control.
    - Manage/cooperate agencies for the sales and profit growth.
    - Find suitable Hemodialysis center for MA and lead the transaction.
    - Plan andimplement marketing program including new product introductions, workshop, seminar and so on.
