
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Internal and external collaboration to elicit UX requirements and organize them across multiple
inputs
● Create user stories, personas, storyboards, use cases and flow diagrams, and define
information hierarchies.
● ·Conduct assessments of the existing product and identify areas for improvement, including
content inventories and audits.
● Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
● Create wireframes, screen mock-ups and prototypes around customer needs.
● Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis. Interpret data and qualitative
feedback.
● Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success through concept and usability
testing and feedback.
● Create and maintain a documentation of UI/UX patterns that can be followed in future
implementations.
● Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. Collaborate to implement designs.
Qualifications:
● 5 or more years proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
● Strong portfolio of design projects.
● Bachelor's or higher degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science,
Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Anthropology, or related discipline
● Able to work both collaboratively and independently, meet agreed deadlines, manage and
prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and respond well to changing priorities
● Passion for meeting user needs through user-centered design.
● (Desirable) Experience with web content management, marketing automation or e-Commerce
software.
● Good hands-on experience with design tools, especially Figma and Adobe CC, but potentially
also InVision Studio, Adobe XD and Framer.
● Experience in creating wireframes, visual mock-up graphics, user workflows and low
high-fidelity prototypes.
● General understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
● Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
● Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation, research and
showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
● Excellent public speaking skills including leading design workshops.
● Strong soft skills (personal leadership, self-driven teamwork) and strong command over the
English language (both oral and written).
