Bachelor's degree from
four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum 5 years’
experience developing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test
cases as well as experience in testing business applications
Excellent written and
oral communication skills in English
Strong organizational
skills and the ability to prioritize, plan and execute a goal
Must be willing to work
night shift schedule
Experience in managing
teammates specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent is a plus
Experience and knowledge
of Software Development Lifecycle, Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a
plus
