JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY

You will be in charge of the operations and business growth of the clinic. You will manage every aspect of the daily operation ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for clients, while driving sales and improving staff performance. Clinic Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing daily clinic operations

Do all efforts to achieve monthly sales target/Upselling

Receive payments from clients and track all transactions

Keep customer directory and records

Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards

Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

Maintain staff records, time sheets and working schedules

Hire and train beauty technicians, as needed

Responsible for inventories (Order products like creams, pigments, consumables, and replenish stock, taking into consideration the stock reorder level)

Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment Apply hygiene practices across the entire clinic, including common areas.

Promote services, products and discounts on social media

Keep updated records of costs and revenues (daily, monthly and quarterly) Run online campaigns and offer packages to attract new customers

Prepare weekly/monthly operations report

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, management or similar (preferred)Advanced degree (preferred)

Minimum of 1 year experience as a manager in an Aesthetic clinic

Proven track record of good performance

Firm grasp of modern management skills and tactics

Understanding of industry laws and regulations

A drive to reach sales and service goals

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Experience with managing human resource
