Job Description
PURPOSE
- Oversees the entire operations of the assigned Branch or branches to ensure that each branch adheres to salescollection and operational targets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum EducationalQualifications for this position
- Must be a Graduate of any 4-year course
Relevant Experience:
- Must have at least 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial role withcombined experiences in sales, business center or store and peoplemanagement
- Must have a background in telco as BC Supervisor or Manager
Business Understanding:
- Must have a Background in ICT, telco or FMCG and/or retail industry
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
REVENUE and EBITDA ACHIEVEMENT
- 100% achievement of sales acquisition, upsell/ cross-sell and revenue targets,in general, within the Area
- Executes strategies to increase business center sales
- Implements sales plan for upsell and other activities that will increase ARPU
- Ensures the overall profitability of the store
CUSTOMER DELIGHT
- Handles escalations from the staff level. Deals with clients who need tovoice out their inquiries and/or complaints (technical or non-technical) to higher authority.
- Implements programs to achieve CSAT targets
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Executes strategies to ensure business center metrics are achieved (growsales, first contact resolution, TAT for processing all aftersales request received and manage complaints, collection handling, CSAT)
- Ensures the safety of the branch’s collection
- Together with quality team, analyzes business center statistics and use the datato improve business center operations
- Comply with all necessary reports needed by other departments
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT (10%)
- Mentors and coaches people
- Together with training team, identify training opportunities to ensurecompetence and continuous learning for team members
- Conducts regular meetings
- Performs job evaluation review and feedback mechanism
