
The Customer Service/Trace Agent is responsible in coordinating with clients, shipper/ consignee and agents for any shipping instruction. He/She also monitors delivery shipments until fulfillment and conducts traces for any service failure.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* With working experience (in related field/ Freight forwarding) is required for this position.
* Must be computer literate
* With good written and oral communication skills.
