  • Job Description

    • Performs administrative support to facilitate the efficient function of the QHSE and Operations Department.
    • Responsible for the general administrative and clerical support such as but not limited to preparing, encoding, maintaining, monitoring, filling and distributing documents.
    • Liaises with the department heads and projects in-charge to ensure that reports are submitted on time.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduate of any Business Course
    • Advanced skills in MSOffice
    • With at least two (2) years of administrative work experience
    • Strong analytical and planning skills
    • Highly organized
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
