Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
Perform physical inventory count, inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Complete dialy logs into inventory and Report any discrepancies
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Operate, maintain and make preventive check on warehouse vehicles and equipment
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
Follow, report and coordinate to superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least College Graduate/ Vocational Diploma/ any Short Course Certificate or equivalent
At least one (1) year experience as a warehouseman, timekeeper, product inventory and helper.
Have extensive experience in warehousing, stockman, product inventory and computerizing reports.
Have experience in welding, fabrication, electrical wiring and painting helper is a major plus.
Cautious and good conduct driver is a major plus.
Performs other related tasks as required by management.
Good work ethics, organize, results-oriented, able to handle multi-tasking job and able to work effectively under pressure.
Has a good moral character, dependable, pro-active, trustworthy, diligent, team player and honest.
