Job Overview:

The Sales Manager for Advertising will be responsible of the following:

• Achieve the set revenue and booking targets of the sales team
• Handle sales account managers
• Prepare, review and adjust sales strategies to help the Account Managers reach their targets
• Continuously coach the sales team to improve their selling skills
• Implement, monitor and act on established systems, policies and procedures of the department

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship or other related course.
• With at least 5 years of sales experience with people and sales management background
• Must have an in-depth knowledge of out-of-home advertising industry
• Must be persistent with strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Must have effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Has excellent coaching and counseling skills
• With excellent client-relations skills.
• Willing to work in Quezon City.
