Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with the inventory team to execute regular count of items in company warehouses.
• Review inventory discrepancies, help identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Work very closely with the Business Brand Managers and Warehouse team to identify inventory issues and optimize processes to reduce inventory discrepancies.
• Spearhead cross functional projects with other departments to optimize processes related to company’s inventory assets (physical tracking, reconciliation and reporting, inventory aging, stock movement analysis, etc.)
• Exciting projects we are currently working on: digitizing physical count process, updating asset tracking to use barcodes / RFIDs, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Inventory Management, Logistics Supply Chain Management, or any related course from a reputable university.
• Ideally have 4 years work experience in a related field
• Knowledgeable in industry best practices for inventory tracking and inventory process optimization
• Bonus skills: Tech-savvy (MS Excel, GSuite apps such as Google Sheets and Google Docs, Slack, project management tools like Asana, etc.)
• Project management skills
• Excellent oral and written communicator
