What You Will Do

• Ensures that the showroom is on target to achieve financial goals through monitoring and improvement of measurable statistics that drive the business.
• Monitors team and individual sales targets other metrics to provide feedback and analysis to the Sales and Business teams.
• Monitors market situation, including competitors activities and recommends strategies to maintain market dominance
• Manages team resources to maximize sales, foot traffic, floor coverage, and customer engagement
• Oversees the development of personal relationships with clientele. Leads by example in building and maintaining relationships with clients and interior designers.
• Consistently provides coaching on sales, product and client training to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Successful applicant for this position shall have a meaningful experience of working with a high end world class furniture brand with excellent design and craftsmanship.

To be considered for this position, aspiring candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course from a reputable university.
• With at least 5 years of experience in sales
• With at least 2 years of experience in the same managerial capacity
• Must have an experience in furniture and related showroom operations such as inventory, store management, ordering, data management.
• Must have strong leadership skills and team management
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
