• To ensure the over-all profitability of operations. She is responsible for the day to day running of the salon, which includes cleanliness of the salon premises, supervision of staff and tending of the cash register. Likewise, to interact with clients daily and serve as the salon’s primary liaison with the head office on a consulting basis.
