Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect sales data from our different online marketplaces
  
• Work with Finance and E-commerce/Sales teams to update reports or dashboards and measure daily sales and profit performance
  
• Calculate daily gross profit by applying standard costing analysis
  
• In collaboration with the Finance, E-commerce and Sourcing teams - review and update our standard costs for each product and channel
  
• Assist the Financial Analyst in preparing the Weekly and Monthly group financial reporting
  
• Analyze trends, and formulate projections
  
• Support the implementation of projects such as ERP, Business Intelligence tools, Internal Controls (ex. Power BI/Access)
  
• Assist in financial and accounting ad-hoc project if required
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Sales Analyst or Cost Accountant. Audit and Accounting background will also be considered
  
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance/ Management
  
• Professional Certification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA passed or in progress would be a plus
  
• Strong Excel/Access skills (SQL, VBA, or DAX preferred but not required)
  
• Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
  
• Good problem solving and data analytics skills
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
  
• Good team player with interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  
• Curious to learn
  
• Passion for Consumer Electronics sector and experience in E-commerce/retailer marketplace
