1. Tracks intensively all inventory movement (in and out) of the stores such as deliveries, pull-outs, and sales. 2. Does periodic physical count to tally with system records and prints the results. 3. Coordinates closely with the warehouse and counter sales staff regarding deliveries and other inventory matters. 4. Prepares inventory reports as required. 5. Encodes Daily Sales Reports (DSR). 6. Reconciles sales data (liquidation reports vs DSR) of all stores and during bazaars, in-store sales, warehouse sales, etc. 7. Reconciles stock balances of all or assigned stores. 8. Prepares and issues inventory adjustment forms for stock discrepancies 9. Monitors pending delivery receipts, pull out authorization slips, sales invoice, etc. 10. Issues reports i.e., Salary Deduction Form for lost items and sales shortages/ variances. |
Requirements:
· Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Accounting, but not a must. We welcome Graduates of Diploma/ Associate Courses College undergraduates
· Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience in Inventory or related fields (Fresh graduates
· without work experience are welcome to apply)
· Male or Female
· Computer literate
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Must be detail-oriented systematic
