  • Job Description


    • Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
    • Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
    • Willing to assign anywhere within Metro Manila

    JOB SCOPE:


    • Responsible for the manning and upkeep of the kiosk. This Includes organizing the display cabinets and maintaining the kiosk's cleanliness and good condition at all time.
    • Expected to have a good knowledge of the products and should be able to use this knowledge to market and sell the products to current and potential customers.
    • Expected to document all sales transactions that occur in the kiosk and update the Daily Sales Monitoring Sheet.
    • Expected to manage, all inventory present in the kiosk and update the Daily Inventory Monitoring Sheet.
    • Responsible for placing orders to the Head Office for items that are fast moving or low in availability.
    • Identifies and resolves client concerns and inquiries.
    • Ensures customer service satisfaction and maintains good customer relations.
    • Develop a customer database and diligently follows up any pending customer order.
    • Prepares all updates and reports as required by the Head Office, neatly and accurately.
    • Monitors sales activity/market conditions/competitors and makes recommendations to Head Office for product development or special promotions.
    • Relays information accurately to the Head Office regarding sales, customer concerns, mall information, etc.
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
