• Contribute strategies on recruitment, retention and training programs
  
• Spearhead recruitment efforts and onboarding process.
  
• Assist in creating policies and procedures related to human resource management for the organization. i.e performance appraisal programs, work life balance
  
• Knowledgeable in payroll management.
  
• Prepares individual candidate profiles for reference in the evaluation processes
  
• Spearhead Employee Communication to achieve a healthy, safe, engaging and fun work environment.
  
• Be aligned with management in its growth plans and work culture through knowledge on HR Best Business Practices, Philippine labor laws and tax policies..
  

• Preferably with working experience as human resource generalist or a specialist in organizational development in shared services and BPO environment ( focus on technology and financial services)
  
• Positive attitude on time delivery, changes, continuous learning, team projects.
  
• Communication skills: written and oral, comprehension and expression.
  
• Personal attributes: physically fit, people person, proactive, organized, works efficiently and effectively as individual and part of a team.
  
• Familiar with MS Office, Internet, Online Platforms for Recruitment and Performance Management.
  
• Candidate must complete a bachelor's degree preferably on Human Resource Management, Psychology.
