Job Description

• Process documents in Government agencies eg SSS for contribution payment and Loan Payment. Process also loans of employees in Pagibig like salary loan, calamity etc. Process Philhealth MDR for enrollment and update. Process SSS sickness reimbursement, maternity and enrollment.
• For BIR, process documents for payment (Finance direction)
• Provide logistic support/ process payment for PLDT billings and Meralco
• Notarized documents for OA, HR , Finance, Legal Operations
• Pick up mails from Isla Lipana or TMF as directed by HR/ Finance
• Process Mayors permit, fire permit and sanitary permit first quarter of the year (Messenger will have to queue, will wait and will make followup in the City Hall Of Pasig)
• Help the Utility in segregation of garbage (schedule) morning and afternoon
• Dispatch mails to our satellite offices or to relevant partners/ agencies from time to time as instructed.
• Vacuum twice a week with the help of Utility
• Lift supplies/ equipments orgoods from one place to another
• As direction of HR, Messenger will look, scout and buy gifts for employees for the Birthday Celebration every end of the month (which is usually in Divisoria, Tabora or Quiapo- prone to danger) Will also buy the birthday cake minimum of 3
• Clerical assistance/ cleaning the Operation Floor, Pantry, Restroom, Breakout Room, Board Room, CPO Room, HR and Finance.
• For the upcoming Christmas Party, Messenger will be task to lift all the groceries/ give away for the employees (From Mall to HO- venue)
• Provide administrative and logistical support to Operations Unit in the office relocation, reorganisation and movement/rearrangement of office equipment/furniture and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time

• Male
• Possess motorbike with a valid license
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Hardworking, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be well verse with Metro Manila route
• Able to multi-task and adaptable to changes
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Start working immediately, in full-time and part time position.
