• Responsible for managing leads by tracking following up on them

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  
• Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  

• Able to speak and communicate with excellence and meaning; very good English and ability to talk fluently as well as good listening skills and good debating or conversational abilities
  
• Excellent customer engagement ability such as rapport building, sparkling personality, strong and professional character
  
• Punctuality is a MUST
  
• Excellent computer skills using the Windows platform and MS Office
