1. Has 1-2 years work experience as Rebar Scheduler/Detailer

2. Has college degree in Civil Engineering

3. Has strong mathematical skills esp trigonometry analytical geometry

4. Has ability to interpret architectural engineering drawings

5. Has sound knowledge in residential commercial construction principles

6. Has computer literacy in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD base would be an advantage

7. Has the ability to plan and organize

8. Has good communication and teamwork skills

9. Has the ability to work as a team and autonomously

10. Must be hardworking, reliable, professional with a strong work ethic
