Job Description

Golden Point Autocare is seeking a Data Analyst to support performance measurement and KPI management across the organization. The role combines data analysis, performance reporting and business analysis to help departments monitor results and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees have clearly defined key performance indicators
• Update employee performance report cards each month
• Set up and maintain KPI and performance analytics tools
• Coordinate with departments to gather relevant performance data
• Develop and refine KPI monitoring tools
• Conduct consultative sessions to improve KPI tracking
• Analyze operational databases and connect data to performance-monitoring tools
• Assist in building and improving performance reporting systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in data analysis, preferably involving HR or performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel or data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
