Nityo Infotech is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in the design, development, deployment and scaling of software solutions. The role combines hands-on technical knowledge with people leadership, mentoring and long-term technology planning.

This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity supporting a technology-driven environment. Candidates should be comfortable working midshift or night-shift schedules and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers across development projects
• Guide the design, development, deployment and scaling of software solutions
• Provide technical direction and establish sound engineering practices
• Balance immediate delivery requirements with long-term architecture and scalability
• Coach team members and promote continuous professional development
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and accountability

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5–7 years of software engineering experience
• At least 2–3 years of technical leadership or management experience
• Strong background in designing and delivering end-to-end software solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong mentoring, coaching and leadership abilities
• Willingness to work a midshift or night-shift schedule
