Job Description

Nityo Infotech is hiring experienced Project Managers for three positions supporting different areas of the business. The openings cover Portfolio Management and Banking, Sales-related Project Management, and Quality Engineering.

The positions are based in Makati City under a hybrid arrangement with at least three onsite days per week. Candidates must also be prepared for full return-to-office arrangements when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor and deliver assigned projects
• Work closely with business, product, operations and technology teams
• Maintain project documentation and tracking using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate stakeholders and communicate project status
• Support portfolio, sales or quality-engineering initiatives depending on assigned position

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, payments, sales or quality engineering depending on the position
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Excel
• Strong project coordination and monitoring skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati at least three times per week
• Willing to work night shift from approximately 9 PM–6 AM or 10 PM–7 AM
