Never worried about who’s not clapping for me. Im my own biggest cheerleader 🥹 I have been over weight for half of my life. More so after 3 kids back to back. I know what it’s like to feel so uncomfortable in your own body yet still having to show up for your spouse and kids. You start to lose yourself along the way bcs you stop showing up for YOU. That’s why I post the raw & ugly parts of my journey. Hopefully it encourages just ONE mama to show up & show out. ALL women really…there’s nothing better than feeling good, strong and healthy. I just wish I would’ve done it a lot sooner lol One thing for sure tho, I’m NEVER letting myself go again 😩 Thank you Lord for the strength, and discipline 🙏 Down 75lbs….AMEN !
