The best part is definitely the fresh bouncy rice noodles that only needs 10 seconds to cook. Mom’s order: Hot and Sour Pickled Pepper Soup with sliced beef $17.99 My order: Szechuan Hot and Spicy Soup with beef brisket $17.99 Honorable mention to the beef tendon dry rice noodles which we also tried which was surprisingly one of our favorites.
