Zamperla Asia Pacific Inc., known as “ZAP”, has been established as a manufacturing company in the Philippines since 1997. ZAP is fully owned by Antonio Zampera S.p.A., whose office is located in Italy. Following the family tradition, ZAP is realizing high quality rides in very attractive colorful designs. With the collaboration of our customers, engineers, and artists, we have been able to make simple and long lasting machines that appeal to children/adults of all ages.

The Zamperla company was founded in the 1960’s when Antonio Zamperla realized that popular adult attractions could be successfully reproduced for children/adults. Zamperla began to sell his ride in the United States during 1970’s, with his son Alberto, Antonio Zamperla opened the Montréal branch. Not long afterwards, he decided to move his operations to the United States where the great number of traveling carnivals and fixed amusement parks offered the ideal outlet for Zamperla’s attractions. Today Zamperla, Inc. in Parsippany N.J., is the US office which promotes the sales and service of Zamperla rides and attractions in the entire North American region. With a turnover of around Euro 35 millions in 2002, an export quota of 98% of its own turnover, and a customer list featuring the most famous “names” in the amusement industry field – Disney, Six Flags, Cedar Fair, Herschend Family Entertainment Corp, Busch Entertainment Corp, MCA University Studios, Warner Bros and Lego among others-, Zamperla is one of the largest manufacturers of amusement rides in the word with sales and service offices in USA(Zamperla Inc) Korea (Zamperla Korea), Moscow, Brazil, Dubai, China, Australia and obviously Philippines.
