Web Marketers Specialists Association of the Philippines or WEMSAP was registered with Securities and Exchange Commission early this year but members were already converging and organizing since last year headed by Wilbert Tolentino
WEMSAP is organized solely for the benefit of its members. Members shall be dedicated to self-development, sharing ideas, and developing professional contacts. Our members professional conduct, shall be guided by our Standards of Professional Practices and a Code of Ethics to provide superior service to their employers and clients. Founded in 2008 by Wilbert Tolentino, who is the creator of the industry’s first guidelines for ethical and professional standards, Web certification and technical assistance, specialized employment resources, and education programs to businesses and individuals.
Tolentino started his non-voice online business from a small number of 5 employees. Overtime, it grew bigger, due to his dedication, knowledge and network. The Philippines is considered the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) in the world. He envisioned the business to pioneer in the industry and introduce it to the local employment market.
