Rayomar Management, Inc. was established in 1980 as
an investment and management Company. The main thrusts of the Rayomar
Group of Companies are in the transportation and logistics business. We
provide services in international and domestic shipping, crewing,
trucking, warehousing, sea and air freight forwarding and domestic
distribution, giving us the ability to offer our customers a total
logistics solution. Currently, to meet the challenges of new
opportunities, we have diversified our portfolio by organizing and
managing companies involved in E-commerce and trading.

History
It was established in Sept. 8, 1980, intended to be a holding company,
but, started as a crewing and manning company which served various
principals. It became a full-pledged holding company in 1984 when it
established a joint venture Neptune Agencies, Pte., Ltd. of Singapore
and organized Orient Maritime & Mgt. Inc. In the same year, it
acquired the ownership of Overseas Services Agencies, Inc. which was the
Phil. General Agent of NOL, a large shipping company in Singapore. In
1984, RMI entered a joint venture with K Line of Japan and established
Transmar Agencies, Inc, to handle the sales and operations of K Line
vessels. From here, RMI started diversifying into other lines of
business such as travel, restaurant, trading , agri-business and file
management. In the early part of 2000, RMI, in order to more innovative,
became interested in engaging into logistics and procurement services
through the internet. This gave rise to the incorporation of Access
Manila.
Product & Services
As a holding company, it provides various services to the affiliate
companies such as management and investment, human resources development
services, financial management, legal and corporate services and
lastly, internal audit.
The affiliate companies are engaged in freight forwarding, both sea
and air freight; shipping agency; crewing and manning; chassis leasing;
computerized bar coding system of file management; hog raising; trading
of food and cosmetic products; restaurant business; travel arrangements;
logistics and procurement services through the website in the internet.
