DBPSC is a private firm established to provide staffing, recruitment and placement services. We serve a diverse group of clients- from goverment coprorations to private firms and individuals.

DBPSC offers a wide range of services for which it has proven capability to deliver promptly and efficiently. Servicing of staffing requirements to various Clients are provided by the Human Resource Managment & Development Department and the Maintenance & Technical Services Unit. These services are categorized as clerical, janitorial, skilled-maintenance & non-clerical positions. Other services provided for appraisal, project management, auditing, payroll, financial, legal, insurance, marketing, engineering, collection, tailoring and building supervision.
