COSINE INDUSTRIES, INC. is a company engage in marketing and manufacturing of panelboards, lighting fixtures, and other related electrical products under "COSINE" trademark. Established in 1989, owned and managed by a young man with a vision to further improve the fledging electrical business, the company started its operation with emphasis on the fabrication of panelboards and lighting fixtures used in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Patterned after international and local approved standards, using imported and locally purchased raw materials, the company immediately draws the attention of its client in its initial years of operation for quality and service reliability in the electrical, construction and other leading industries. With its vast experience in manufacturing and technical expertiese and its continues research and development programs here and abroad the company upgraded its facilities which enable it to venture into a more challenging engineering works like designing, wiring & assembly of capacitor banks, motor control center, automatic transfer switch, low and medium switchgear and synchronizing panels.

 

             In late 1991, COSINE was granted the distributorship of GE and Cutler Hammer/Westinghouse circuit breakers and magnetic starter in the country. We have likewise added several other electrical products as dealers such as wires and cables, conduit pipes and fittings, bulbs, ballast, wiring devices etc. With the trust and support of these companies we were able to expand our services to meet our clients increasing demands for more product lines. In year 2000, when Cutler - Hammer has lost its base in Philippines.

 

             Cosine was able to be the distributor of both Schneider Group & Hitachi Ltd., Japan in the Philippines. Schneider Groups concentrates on Square - D's, MCB, MCCB, ACB and Telemechanique for the magnetic starters & soft starters. Hitachi focuses its strength on the VFD & PLC for our commercial, industrial needs. With our dynamic sales and marketing group, backed up with the management twenty years of experience in managing electrical business, the company was able to establish its trademark with architects, electrical engineers, consultants, designers, contractor developers and owners. The company continues to strengthen its organization with the production department on its priority. It has hired additional production and technical staffs nd provide them with continuous training programs designed not only to bring out the best of their potentials but to meet the advance technology and expanding its present product lines. Likewise, it continued to develop additional customer friendly and service oriented office staff and professional Sales Engineers to promote and serve the sales department growing demand for faster and better services.
