Established in 1996, CMI was originally established as a major partner in building a new metropolis: the Fort Bonifacio Global City. Four months after the property sites were turned over to CMI, the company established a turnkey pre-mixed concrete company.
CMI installed a 100 cubic meters per hour fully automated concrete batching plant, concrete mixer trucks, quality control laboratory and all necessary equipment and manpower to complete the operation. Key personnel experienced in batch plant operations worked tirelessly to test different concrete mix design to ensure delivery of quality concrete to clients from the very first day of operation. Despite the aggressive schedule, CMI delivered pre-mixed concrete on time and on budget.
Today CMI is at least ten times the size than when it first started and still growing and faithfully serving the industry that it has chosen to be a part of. The operations team is staffed with the best engineering professionals in the pre-mixed concrete industry and CMI is ever ready to take on newer and even bigger challenges. The company now operates within the Mega Manila and nearby provinces.
