The corporation is the successor to AC Engineering Enterprises, a single proprietorship principally engagedinelectricalcontractingservices whichwas establishedin1971 byEngr. AlfredoR. Cacanandowho also became its president and general manager. The growing clientele of AC Engineering Enterprises coupled with the increase in volume and magnitude of the electrical projects it has been engaged to accomplish, necessitated the need for the organization of a corporation to enhance its capabilities for undertaking projects with wider scope and increased magnitude aside from expansion of its activities to include trading, fabrication and assembly of electrical equipment including related components for power distribution and utilization.
